Location: Small level site along business corridor in Milford Connecticut.
Program: Design of new headquarters for established engineering firm. Building to contain design offices, fabrication facility, and equipment storage for HVAC Company with a focus in commercial and specialized systems.
Client: Environmental Engineering, Inc.
Design Solution:
The use of a pre-engineered building system will allow the overall construction cost to be reduced. This will allow for additional design elements and materials to be used at the offices and front entry.
